Preparing for HRS

NWEA partners using HMH Rostering Service (HRS) will need to complete some preparatory steps:

1. For users not already configured, contact digitalsolutions@hmhco.com for assistance with migrating NWEA data to HRS.

2. Ensure your rostering method is set to Match on ID (you may need to do some data clean-up tasks before configuring this option).

3. Setting Up Programs for HRS as needed.

Once you're ready to begin rostering, follow these steps:

1. Log in to MAP at start.mapnwea.org and choose Rostering from the main menu.

2. Select Import Profiles/Rostering.

3. Select Launch HMH Rostering Service to access the Rostering Portal.
